Litlo Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Litlo. Litlo helps parents, legal guardians, and authorized caregivers record baby care, remember family moments, coordinate care teams, and participate in Community.

Eligibility and using Litlo

You must have reached the age of majority where you live to create a Litlo account. By creating an account or using Litlo, you agree to these Terms. By adding a baby profile or inviting a caregiver, you confirm that you have authority to manage and share that information.

Litlo is designed for personal family-care records and supportive Community use. Do not rely on Litlo as the only source for time-sensitive care.

Accounts and care teams

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Caregivers you invite may view, add, or manage records for the baby profile you share, depending on their role and available features.

Only invite caregivers you trust. Removing a caregiver stops future access, but information they already copied, screenshotted, or exported may remain outside Litlo's control.

  • The account that creates a baby profile is treated as its owner unless Litlo supports and completes an ownership change.
  • A caregiver who leaves a care team or deletes their account loses access to that baby profile.
  • If an owner deletes their account, baby profiles owned by that account and related Litlo records may be deleted and become unavailable to other caregivers.
  • Shared records may be deleted or de-identified depending on ownership, other caregivers' rights, safety needs, and applicable requirements.

Your content

You retain ownership of family content you add to Litlo, including care logs, diary notes, photos, and Community content. You give Litlo a limited permission to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service. This permission does not allow Litlo to use private family content to train public AI models or for third-party advertising.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not publish another person's private information, baby photos, or identifying details in Community without permission.

You are responsible for checking record accuracy. Litlo may organize or summarize records but cannot verify that every entry is accurate, complete, or current.

Community standards

Community is a public area of Litlo, not a private family record space. You may not:

  • harass, threaten, shame, discriminate against, or impersonate another person;
  • share spam, deceptive claims, sexual or explicit content, unlawful content, or content that creates medical or physical risk;
  • collect personal data from other Community users;
  • publish another family's private information or identifying details without permission; or
  • upload malware, scrape the service, bypass controls, or interfere with Litlo.

Litlo provides reporting and blocking tools and may filter, review, hide, remove, restrict, or preserve Community content when needed to enforce these Terms, investigate reports, protect users, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Litlo may limit or terminate access for violations.

Not medical advice

Litlo records information entered by users and may show summaries, reminders, AI-assisted responses, or patterns. Litlo does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate medication dosage, provide treatment, or function as a medical device. Its information is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified clinician.

AI-assisted output and user-entered records may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Contact a qualified health professional about health, feeding, sleep, medication, symptom, or development concerns. Contact local emergency services first in an emergency.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features may structure user-provided transcript text, summarize context, answer questions, or surface patterns. Before the first AI Chat request, Litlo discloses that messages and the baby care records you choose to include are sent to Google Gemini to generate a response.

You decide what to submit. You can control whether recent baby care records are included in AI Chat through Profile > Litlo AI. AI-assisted features support your judgment; they do not replace it.

Plans, billing, and App Store subscriptions

Some features require Litlo Plus, which may be offered as an auto-renewable App Store subscription.

When you purchase through Apple:

  • Apple processes payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and subscription management under Apple's terms.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account before Apple's renewal deadline.
  • A free trial or introductory offer, when available, converts as disclosed by Apple unless canceled before its deadline.
  • Deleting a Litlo account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
  • Restoring a purchase may require the same Apple Account used for the purchase.

Current price, duration, included features, and offer terms appear before purchase. Litlo provides ongoing access to the subscribed digital service during an active paid term, subject to these Terms and platform availability.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the license for the iOS app unless a custom license agreement is provided through App Store Connect.

Account deletion and termination

You may stop using Litlo at any time and may initiate account deletion in the app. Account deletion is designed to delete or de-identify account data and associated private records, subject to other caregivers' rights and limited legal, safety, billing, backup, moderation, and technical requirements.

Litlo may limit, suspend, or terminate access when it reasonably believes an account violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or harms users or the service.

Service availability and disclaimers

Litlo works to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, network issues, platform changes, providers, or events outside Litlo's control may interrupt it. The service is provided as available and without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Litlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or for decisions made from incomplete or incorrect records. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

Litlo may update these Terms as the service changes. When changes are material, Litlo will provide notice or request review and acceptance before continued use of affected account features.
