Litlo Terms of Service

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Litlo app and related services (the “Service”) provided by Taejun Park, operating as Litlo (“Litlo”, “we”).

2. Definitions

A “Member” is a person who accepts these Terms and creates an account. A “Baby Profile” is information a Member enters about a child in their care; it is not an account for the child. A “Caregiver” is a Member who joins a Baby Profile using an invite code. “Records” are feeding, sleep, diaper, temperature, medication, growth, and other entries.

3. Changes to these Terms

We post these Terms in the signup screen and in Settings. We announce changes in the app at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you, and we notify you separately of unfavorable changes by in-app notification or email. If we clearly tell you that continuing without objecting by the effective date means acceptance and you do not object, you accept the updated Terms. If you object, you may close your account. Changes that require new consent under applicable law (for example, a new use of personal data) will ask you to consent again in the app.

4. Eligibility and accounts

An agreement is formed when you accept these Terms and required consents and complete sign-in with Apple or Google. You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Litlo only with any consent your local law requires. We may refuse or terminate accounts created with false information or previously suspended for violations.

5. Baby Profiles

Only a child’s parent or legal guardian, or a person authorized by them, may create a Baby Profile. By creating one, you consent, as the child’s parent or legal guardian or with their authorization, to the collection and use of the child’s information as described in the Personal Information Collection and Use consent.

6. Caregivers and sharing

The owner of a Baby Profile may invite Caregivers with an invite code. The invite screen shows what will be shared and how long the code is valid. Sharing an invite code is your choice to share that child’s Records with that Caregiver, who may use them only for the child’s care. You can remove a Caregiver at any time; removal stops future access but cannot recall copies the Caregiver already kept. Private journal entries and journal photos are not shared automatically.

7. Not medical advice

Litlo shows Records, summaries, reminders, and AI responses. It does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate medication dosage, or provide treatment, and it is not a medical device. Consult a qualified clinician about health decisions. In an emergency, call 911 (or 119 in Korea) immediately.

8. AI features

AI Chat and AI processing of voice records are available only after you give the separate Litlo AI Consent on first use. AI responses may be inaccurate and are for reference only. You may decline or withdraw AI consent; only AI features will then be unavailable.

9. Your content and Community

You keep your rights in content you enter or post. We use it only as needed to provide, display, and back up the Service. Do not post others’ personal information, unlawful, sexual, hateful, or spam content, or content creating medical risk. We may hide or remove content and restrict access after reports or review. Please do not post your child’s health information in the Community; your private Records are never published automatically.

10. Prohibited conduct

Do not use another person’s account, access the Service by abnormal or automated means, reverse engineer it, infringe others’ rights, or break the law.

11. Paid plans

Paid plans are purchased through the App Store. Apple’s terms govern payment, renewal, and refunds. You can cancel in your device’s App Store subscription settings. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law are not limited.

12. Account deletion and suspension

You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete Account; personal data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. If you violate these Terms, we may warn you, limit features, or suspend or terminate your account, and we will tell you why.

13. Changes to the Service; limitation of liability

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service for operational or technical reasons and will announce material changes in advance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for decisions based on incomplete or incorrect Records. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply. Members residing in the Republic of Korea may bring claims in the competent courts of Korea.
